Research Studies for Treatment of

Neurogenic Urinary Tract Dysfunction in Children

 

A major pharmaceutical company is screening children 1 month through 15 years of age, to participate in one of several clinical research studies of an investigational medication, for the treatment of overactive bladder, due to neurological diseases. These clinical research studies, currently being conducted at multiple centers throughout the US, will collect data as a basis for a pediatric dosage recommendation, and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the investigational medication in children. This investigational medication has been approved for use in adults.

Children who qualify to participate, will receive study medication, lab screenings that include urodynamic studies, and study-related health exams. Compensation will be provided for time and travel.
